Thomas L. "Tommy" Clifton Obituary

Mr. Thomas L. “Tommy” Clifton, age 62, of Lanett, Alabama passed away on Thursday, December 2nd, 2021 at his residence. He was born on November 25th, 1959 in Langdale, Alabama to the late Bill and Virginia Clifton.

Tommy is survived by his daughter, Kristen Helleso (Josh); grandchildren, Hadley and Jaxon Helleso; brother, Billy Clifton; nephews, Brandon Clifton (Ashley) and Michael Clifton (Alicia); great nieces and nephews, Kennedy, Gaines, and Rhett Clifton and Landry and Colt Clifton.

Tommy was an avid Auburn and NASCAR fan. He enjoyed listening to music and coaching youth softball. He was a hardworking gentleman who excelled at his job. He loved his grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 5th, 2021, at 1:00 PM (EST) at the graveside in Fairfax Cemetery. The Reverend Rusty Letson will officiate. Tommy’s family will receive friends in the cemetery following the service.
