Mary "Tillie" Gagne Obituary

     Ms. Mary “Tillie” Gagne, age 81, of the Valley area passed away on Wednesday, July 8th, 2020 in LaFayette, Alabama. She was born on November 27th, 1938 in LaGrange, Georgia to the late Pearce Henry Hull and Viola Teel Hull.

     Ms. Gagne is survived by her daughters, Robyn (Ken) Kirkley, Lisa L. (Walter) Runyan, and Suzan E. (David) Henderson; her sister, Ann Jarrell; her brothers, James “Jim” Hull and Ronald “Ronnie” Dean Hull; sister-in-law, Betty Hull; her grandsons, Daniel (LaKin) Kirkley and Cole Runyan; her great grandson, Brody Kirkley.

     She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Eddie E. “Pete” Hull and Ralph Hull; her sister, Jacqueline “Peggy” Hastings.

     Ms. Gagne was a member of Cusseta Baptist Church. She was very generous and giving and had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. She loved children and was very outgoing. She was very active in all her children’s activities when they were young. She was a one of a kind lady whose personality was larger than life.

     Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 11th, 2020 at 11:00 AM (EDT) at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel in Valley. Interment will follow in Cusseta Cemetery. Pastor Mark Robinson will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 10:00 AM (EDT) until the service hour at the funeral home. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the Lee County Humane Society, www.leecountyhumane.org, in her memory.
