Lawrence E. "Larry" Shepherd

     Mr. Lawrence E. “Larry” Shepherd, 56, of Beulah, Alabama passed away on Monday, April 26th, 2021 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. He was born on November 20th, 1964 in Phenix City, Alabama to the late John Shepherd and Eleanor Colley Shepherd.

     Larry is survived by his dearly loved spouse, Anita Marie; children, Jonathan (Leann) Shepherd and Layla Shepherd; granddaughter, AnnLee Reign Shepherd; brother, Terry (Deanna) Shepherd; nieces, Morgan Shepherd, Christina (Rudy) McCumsey, and Lauran (Joel) Shepherd; one great niece and one great nephew; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

     Larry graduated Beulah High School in 1984. He was a supervisor at Walmart, Home Depot, and Ollies. He was a hard worker and kind-hearted to everyone he met. He loved spending time with family and friends. He loved his Harley Davidson motorcycle and enjoyed watching NASCAR and Alabama football.

     Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 5th, 2021 at 2:00 PM (EST) at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel in Valley. Interment will follow in Beulah Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM (EST) at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley.
