John L. Cole Obituary

Mr. John L. Cole, age 60, of Salem, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, April 27th, 2021 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. He was born on February 28th, 1961 in Anniston, Alabama.

Mr. Cole is survived by his special friend, Eugenia Thompson, son, Jonathan Lee (Mallory Cuviello) Cole; step-daughters, Chris and Stacy; step-granddaughter, Angel; siblings, Karen Cole (Larry) Daniel, Allison Lea Shaddix, Billie Lynne Wilson, Robert Lanier (Dena) Cole, and Stephanie Lane Flurry.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Jonathan Lawrence Cole.

Mr. Cole was a very caring man who liked to help others. He loved being a father and always made his son his highest priority. He was an electrician for many years and enjoyed working outside.

A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 8th, 2021 at 2:00 PM (EST) at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel in Valley. The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon from 1:00 PM (EST) until the service hour at the funeral home.
