Annette Chase Philpott

Annette Chase Philpott, age 79, of Lanett, Alabama passed away on Sunday, November 22nd, 2020 at the Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Georgia. 

Annette was born on August 12th, 1941 in Lanett, Alabama.  She was preceded in death by her parents Norman and Kate Chase and her husband of 36 years, Jimmy G. Philpott. 

She is survived by her children, David (Dana) Philpott of Lanett, Alabama; Danna (Dwayne) Perdue of LaGrange, Georgia; grandchildren, Trent (Hillary) Perdue, Tyler (Hope) Perdue all of LaGrange, Georgia, Will Langley, Lanett, Alabama; two great-grandchildren, Trace and Hayes Perdue; sister, Patricia Morrow, Harvey, LA.

Annette was a member of the Lanett Church of the Nazarene. She worked many years for Playtex Corporation in LaFayette, Alabama and retired from Russell Mills. 

She enjoyed spending time with family, reading, visiting and playing cards with her friends, and traveling with her sister. 

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 24th, 2020 from 12:00P.M. EST until 2:00P.M. EST at the Lanett Church of the Nazarene with a memorial service beginning at 2:00P.M. EST. 

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her memory to the Lanett Church of the Nazarene or to your favorite charity.
