Mr. Kenneth "Scotty" Abrams Obituary

Mr. Kenneth “Scotty” Abrams, age 52, of Lanett, Alabama passed away on Sunday, March 10th, 2019 at his residence.

Scotty was born on April 19th, 1966 in Valley, Alabama.

He was a member of West End Baptist Church.

Scotty enjoyed woodwork and, in fact, he excelled at it, some would even say he was the best.  He believed in morals and manners and believed a man was only as good as his word. He was not the type to sit around and wait for work to happen. He enjoyed staying busy and was constantly working with his hands. Scotty was a wonderful cook and loved to try new recipes.

Scotty was a beloved son, father and grandfather and he will be missed.

He is survived by his wife, Sommer Andrews-Abrams; mother, Jennifer Johnson; father, Kenneth M. (Floria) Abrams; children, Keegan Scott Abrams, Michael Chase Abrams, Jamie Brooke (Jimmy Porter) Abrams, Zoey Rain Andrews; brother, Michael William (Shay) Abrams; grandchild, Falon Laine Porter.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 14th, 2019 at 11:00A.M. EDT at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home chapel in Valley with interment following in Johnson Memorial Gardens.  His family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6:00P.M.
