James Thomas (Tom) Fullerton

Mr. James Thomas (Tom) Fullerton, 83, of River View, AL passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019 at the Bethany House Hospice in Auburn.  A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 4:00 PM EST at the Langdale United Methodist Church with Rusty Tate and Gary Harris officiating.  A reception will follow the memorial service.  The visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 – 8:00 PM EST at the church in the sanctuary.

Mr. Fullerton was born on February 5, 1935 in River View, AL and married Sylvia Willis Fullerton on December 19, 1954 at the River View United Methodist Church.  He also lived in Milton, FL and Biddeford, ME.  He loved playing baseball, gardening, being outdoors and wildlife. 

Mr. Fullerton is survived by his wife of 64 years, Sylvia Willis Fullerton; children, Lisa Fullerton Miller (Orville), Wendolyn Fullerton Smith (Russell), Jim Fullerton (Karen); grandchildren, Brandi Amerine, Zack McDonald, Kristin Fullerton, Kelsey F. Preston (Philip), Cara Fullerton, Claire Fullerton; and great-grandson, Alden Preston.  He was preceded in death by his parents, William Alvie & Mabel Williams Fullerton, a daughter, Paige Fullerton, a sister, Doreen Puckett, and a brother, Rhuel Fullerton.
